Each product page contains a description of the product and additional features and benefits provided by the product’s Supplier. Instructions for Use, brochures and products videos will be included either in the “Additional Information” tab or the “Documents” tab.
SUZZOR works with many Suppliers to offer tissue regeneration and medical devices. The name of the company that will appear on the Invoice for the product is indicated in the “Additional Information” tab on each product page.

Applicable taxes are not included in the Product Fees and Prices. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
Applicable shipping fees are not included. Reduced and free shipping may be available once specific volume purchase requirements have been met.
Each product supplier has established their own return policies. Please contact the applicable product supplier to determine their return policies. Most tissue regeneration products are not eligible for return unless the product or package has not been damaged during shipment. No discontinued/expired product will be accepted for credit or exchange. If products are accepted for return, the boxes and seals must be intact, there must not be any additional writing, stickers or other marks on the original packaging. Approval of returns will be conditional to requirements established by each Supplier’s Quality Control requirements and inspection. In most situations, returned products must have a minimum of six months shelf-life left prior to the expiry date. Products sold as “final sale” are not eligible for return, credit or exchange. Products authorized for return and approved for credit are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise indicated by the product Supplier. Each Tissue Regeneration product will contain a label or a Package Insert/Instruction for Use which will contain the name of the tissue bank or organization responsible for releasing the tissue product for use and their contact information. Each tissue bank will provide their licensing and accreditation certificates on their website. You can also find product supplier information on the “Suppliers and Business Partners” section of our website.

Product Complaints and Suspected Adverse Reactions must be reported directly to the product supplier within one business day of you becoming aware of a concern regarding an unwanted or unexpected reactions to a product, the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness, or performance of a tissue regeneration product or medical device.
